Cross-correlation between two NDVars along the time axis

Parameters:

in1 : NDVar (time,)

First NDVar.

in2 : NDVar (time,)

Second NDVar.

name : str

Name for the new NDVar.

Returns:

cross_correlation : NDVar (time,)

Cross-correlation between in1 and in2, with a time axis reflecting time shift.
